ApexTrack is the offline-first component lifecycle platform built for the pit lane. Scan, cascade, calibrate, plan your season — without a network connection.
Four friction points that expose every team — regardless of budget — to mechanical risk and regulatory penalty.
Whether a critical suspension component is on a chassis, sitting in spare stock, or caught in air freight relies on manual data entry and institutional memory that walks out the door with your engineer.
A carbon-fibre wishbone rated for 1,500 km needs precise lifecycle tracking across every session. Manually calculating accumulated wear against serial numbers invites catastrophic fatigue failure.
Modern pit garages and remote circuits suffer from notoriously unreliable connectivity. Cloud-only systems fail completely when trackside Wi-Fi drops — exactly when you need them most.
Mileage alone doesn't tell the full story. Clutch plate thickness, brake disk depth, DRS actuations — each component has measurements that matter as much as distance. Most tools can't track them.
Seventeen tightly integrated modules that replace the spreadsheet entirely — and work inside any concrete pit garage on earth.
High-density dashboard giving race engineers an instant traffic-light view of component health across all active chassis. Critical parts surface first — always.
Mobile-first interface built for mechanics in protective gear in low-light garages. Supports QR codes, CODE_128 barcodes, EAN-13, and Data Matrix — every label format in use in professional motorsport, no dedicated hardware required.
Log one session record. The system automatically cascades the distance to every component assigned to that chassis in a single atomic transaction — no individual updates, no missed parts.
Professional lifing tracks more than distance. ApexTrack mirrors top-level motorsport standards with named calibration measurements and independent service interval triggers.
Every component in your fleet with its full identity, engineering specification, location, and live lifecycle status in one place.
Enter your remaining race calendar and get a component-by-component forecast of what will exceed its limit, need service, or fall near-limit before the season ends — before it's a problem on the grid.
Generate QR codes for any component and print physical label sheets directly from the platform — no external tool required.
Invite team members by email and assign roles. Permissions are enforced at every level — UI, API, and database — so the right people can only do the right things.
Every session logged from the pit lane and every component status change reflects on every device in the team the moment it happens. No refresh, no polling.
Attach photos to any component for damage documentation, before/after inspection records, or part identification. Stored securely in team-private cloud storage.
Select a chassis before an event and get an instant, auto-generated safety checklist derived from live component state — no manual inspection forms to fill out.
Generate a time-limited, token-based public URL that renders a live fleet snapshot for technical directors, team owners, or FIA scrutineers — without requiring a login.
Elite-tier teams can push live fleet data into external dashboards, timing systems, or CI pipelines. API keys are generated client-side and SHA-256 hashed before storage — raw keys are never persisted.
A race engineer thinks in events, not runs. Group the sessions of one weekend — FP1 through to the race — and read mileage and component risk per event instead of per session.
Where the fleet is heading, not just where it stands. Utilisation trends and life-limit forecasting derived entirely from the sessions your team already logs.
After a failure a manufacturer asks the same three questions: which of my parts, which batch, how far had it run. Send them a link instead of an email thread.
Mechanic scans the QR label with their phone. Component identity, RUL, calibration status, and location load instantly — no network required.
Engineer logs one session record — chassis, circuit, distance. Mileage cascades to every assigned component and service interval progress updates automatically.
Flag Damage instantly quarantines the part and blocks reassignment. Siblings from the same batch are flagged for inspection. Only a signed NDT clearance releases the lock.
Enter your remaining event calendar. The platform shows exactly which components will exceed their limit or need service before the season ends — before it becomes a trackside problem.
Remaining Useful Life is computed on every render from the engineering life limit and accumulated session mileage. It is never persisted — it is always ground truth.
A compromised quarantine status is not a data integrity issue. It's a physical safety risk. Every layer of the architecture reflects this.
The quarantine lockout is enforced at the database level via Row Level Security. No client-side code can override it — a quarantined part cannot be assigned regardless of what the UI sends.
Every status change, assignment swap, clearance, session log, and data export is written to an append-only table at the database permission level. Historical records cannot be modified or deleted.
Clearing a quarantine requires a named engineer to submit a signed inspection record. Clearances are stored immutably with the approving engineer's identity and UTC timestamp.
All data is written to local IndexedDB first. The platform operates fully inside concrete garages and remote circuits with zero connectivity. Sync is automatic when signal returns.
Fleet health alerts delivered to mechanics' and engineers' phones even when the app is closed. Notification payloads contain no component data — deep link only, requiring authentication to resolve.
When a quarantined component is remotely cleared during an offline period, a per-component diff modal surfaces the conflict explicitly — Keep Local or Accept Remote — rather than silently overwriting state.
ApexTrack ships with a built-in 4-step migration wizard. Export your component database from LifeCheck, upload it, and the wizard handles the rest.
Use LifeCheck's built-in CSV export. No special format required.
The wizard detects LifeCheck column names automatically. Serial Code, Life Used, Life Limit, Car, Status — all pre-mapped.
Review per-row status before committing: valid, warning (calibration-type), or error. Full count summary shown.
Bulk insert in one transaction. Audit entries written per component. Your fleet is live.
